About
Ridhimaa has been working in the field of mental health since 2016. She has worked with all age groups. She uses different mediums for self expression in Psychotherapies, art and different mediums of art like writing, art, movement, music, visual imagery, visual journaling for adults and adolescents and play as a medium of self expression and healing for children. Her short term and evidence based interventions work on cognitive behavioral frameworks. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and certified in play therapy and arts based therapy. She is licensed under Rehabilitation council of India.She has served as a Psychologist in CDC, JK Lone hospital, Surya Hospital, Babylone Hospital and Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital, Jaipur.
